Northern Mockingbird

The Northern Mockingbird can be found all over the United States. It lives almost anywhere from parks, to buildings and even your backyard. This bird is unique because it can mimic dozens of other bird sounds and even sirens and dogs! Its Latin name is Mimus Polyglottos and it means many-tongued mimic. Its favorite foods are insects, berries and seeds. This bird is no where near extinction and it is the least concern.
